Raypak makes residential above ground pool heaters using a wide array of energy sources. They offer gas heaters, heat pumps and smaller electric heaters. Raypak is part of the Rheem Company of products.
Raypak offers the standard Millivolt pool heater that uses a pilot and the Digital that uses electronic ignition in their gas heater line. They also offer a low NOx unit to meet more stringent emission requirements. Their other residential gas heater fall under the Versa label.
They have recently introduced both their Classic Series and Specialty Model line of heat pumps to their residential products. The Classic Series are stricly traditional heating unts while the Specialty Models also provide a cooling capability for hot climates.
Raypak's offers their SpaPak electric heaters in smaller sized units that are geared towards spas and hot tubs. They are available in either 5.5 or 11 kw sized units.
